Beef Roasted Lasagna

Material of Baked Beef Lasagna:
• 300 gr sheet lasagna
• 1 tbsp oil for frying
• 1 liter of water to boil
• 1 teaspoon of salt
Red meat sauce ingredients:
• 1/2 bottle of bolognise sauce
• 300 grams of minced beef
• 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to saute
• 150 grams of onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp oregano powder
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp nutmeg powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 small bottle of tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 tsp pepper powder
White cheese sauce ingredients:
• 30 grams of butter
• 350 ml of liquid milk
• 40 grams of flour
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp of sugar
• 100 grams of grated cheese
Ingredients topped with Roasted Beef Lasagna:
• 50 gr of grated cheese
How to make Roasted Beef Lasagna:
• Cook the water after boiling, add oil & salt, then add the lasagna sheet, boil until it looks soft, then set aside.
• White Cheese Sauce: Melt the butter, then saute the flour until browned, and pour the liquid milk then stir until it does not clot. add salt, pepper, and sugar, stir until smooth, put in grated cheese, stir again until even and lift.
• Red Meat Sauce: Heat cooking oil, saute the bomb until it smells fragrant. Add the meat then mix well until cooked and change color. Add the bologneic sauce, oregano, tomato paste, nutmeg powder, bay leaves, sugar, salt & pepper. Mix well, cook until cooked then set aside.
• Prepare a pirex or a heat-resistant dish, top with margarine. Arrange as follows: 1/3 lasagna, 1/3 red meat sauce, 1/3 white cheese sauce. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up. Then sprinkle the cheese and spread it evenly.
• Bake in a 180C oven for 20-25 minutes until it looks brown. Lift and serve warm, more delicious with chili sauce.
