Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup originally from China and has become a very popular dish in Japan. A distinctive feature of ramen is the form of thin and yellow noodles that are the result of handmade or machine-made. At first glance it is similar to instant noodles in Indonesia. But ramen noodles have a smaller diameter. The noodles are put in a sauce made from various types of broth.
