Shrimp Soup


Shrimp Soup Ingredients:
• 1 carrot in thin slices
• 10 chickpeas, cut to length
• 1 fruit potato, cut into cubes
• 1/2 kg Shrimp is still fresh, remove the skin
• Celery 2 stems, finely cut
• 1 leaf onion, finely chopped
• 1 red tomato
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 segment of ginger
• ¾ teaspoon flavoring
• 1 liter of instant shrimp broth

Ground spices
• 3 cloves of garlic
• Pepper 1 tsp
• salt

How to cook shrimp soup:
• Clean the shrimp by removing the outer skin and washing it clean then drain. Heat the oil and saute the seasoned mashed puree. Put the sauteed shrimp until it changes color.
• Put the vegetables and stir for a while, add tomatoes and shrimp broth.
• Season salt if you need to add flavoring, Check flavor
• After boiling, add the leeks and celery leaves.
