Spanish Baked Fish

• 1 seabream fish or you can use other cut fish
• 1 red onion
• 8 cherry tomatoes
• 1 small red paprika
• 10 green olives
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 4 tablespoons white wine
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp capers
• 1 tsp red pepper powder
• Olive oil to taste
• Parsley leaves to taste
How to make Spanish Baked Fish:
• Clean the fish then smear a little salt, arrange the onions in the middle (just a little) and arrange the fish on the onion in a heat-resistant pan or dish.
• Then the remaining onions are arranged neatly next to the fish and so on the tomatoes, olive peppers, capers around the fish.
• After everything is neatly arranged, flush the fish with white wine then sprinkle the paprika powder and cumin seeds over the fish.
• Then water the fish and vegetables using olive oil until evenly distributed. add parsley over the fish (optional) then put the oven at 200 degrees. Ovens for about 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes look a little wilted.
• Serve the Spanish Baked Fish with boiled potatoes that have been cut into pieces.
