Ingredients of Creamy Salmon Steak:
• 150 gr salmon meat, fillets
• 200 ml of uht liquid milk
• 1 potato
• 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce
• 1 tbsp margarine
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
• 1/2 tsp pepper and salt
• 1 teaspoon of sugar, to boil vegetables
• Vegetables like sweet corn, broccoli, beans, carrots, just enough
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolves with water
How to make Creamy Salmon Steak:
• Your salmon is covered with margarine, oyster sauce, soy sauce and let stand 10 minutes.
• Then the potatoes are cut into pieces and then fried until they are cooked, then remove and drain.
• Boil the green vegetables with water mixed with sugar 1 teaspoon until cooked, then lift and drain.
• Heat margarine in a skillet, saute garlic, add UHT milk, pepper, salt and add the dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly until the sauce looks thickened.
• Then Bake the Salmon fish on the Teflon until it looks ripe and slightly brown.
• Arrange salmon, potatoes, vegetables and flush with creamy sauce. Serve while hot to make it more delicious.
